General Terms and Conditions of Sale for WomIntim, an Opalya Sales Website
Article 1 – Introduction
Scope of Application: These terms and conditions apply to any product order placed on the WomIntim website (WomIntim.com), managed by Noe Nature SA (hereinafter referred to as WomIntim), registered with the Register of Legal Entities under number 0838.353.479 (VAT BE 0838.353.479), with its registered office at Zone d’activités Sud, 3, 5377 Baillonville. Logistics are handled at Zone d’activités Nord, 37-41, 5377 Baillonville, Belgium.

Article 2 – General Terms
2.1. General Provisions
WomIntim reserves the right to save or print these terms and conditions, noting that saving or printing this document is the responsibility of the customer.
WomIntim may amend these terms and conditions at any time, provided that the changes are reflected on the website. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly refer to the latest version of the terms and conditions available at all times on the website.
2.2. Definitions
- CONSUMER: Any individual or legal entity acquiring or using products or services from the website exclusively for non-professional purposes. As a consumer, the customer has specific rights, which would be invalidated if the products or services purchased from the website were, in fact, related to professional activities.
- PROFESSIONAL: Any individual who does not meet the definition of a consumer given above.
Article 3 – Conclusion of Online Sales
The product catalog and descriptions on www.WomIntim.com do not constitute a contractual offer. Simply filling out an order form on the website does not constitute a sales contract. The sale is only finalized upon receipt of the confirmation email.
For customer security, WomIntim reserves the right to request additional information and may refuse to fulfill the order if satisfactory responses are not provided or if WomIntim considers the information insufficient. WomIntim may also refuse orders if it appears the buyer intends to resell the products.
Article 4 – Order Confirmation
Contractual information will be confirmed by email at the latest upon delivery.
Article 5 – Purchase
WomIntim will fulfill your order subject to available stock or based on stock available from its suppliers. Shipping times are 1 to 2 business days for Belgium, 2 to 5 business days for France, and 5 to 10 business days for Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands, excluding exceptional circumstances (weather, strikes, traffic issues, shipping delays, etc.). If products become unavailable after placing your order, WomIntim will notify you via email, allowing you to cancel or modify your order.
Please note: Your order will only be prepared on the same day if it is placed on a business day before noon. Delivery times start once the package leaves our warehouse (order status = “shipped”), not when you confirm your order.
Article 6 – Product Availability
Product availability is always indicated on our website as an estimate. In principle, a product marked as ‘in stock’ is immediately available. However, WomIntim cannot be held responsible if stock levels change by the time the order is processed. Any unavailability will be noted on the website.
If WomIntim is unable to obtain a product from its suppliers within a reasonable time (e.g., a stock shortage), the customer will be notified of the expected delay via email and may choose to cancel or exchange the order. No cancellation penalties will apply for this.
WomIntim reserves the right to ship the order in multiple deliveries if a product is unavailable. There will be no additional shipping cost for the customer, who will only pay the initial delivery fee as specified during the order.
Article 7 – Transfer of Ownership
By derogation from Article 1583 of the Civil Code, goods sold or delivered remain the exclusive property of WomIntim until full payment is made.
Per Article VI.44 CDE, goods are shipped at the company’s risk, unless the transport is handled by a carrier designated by the consumer, in which case the consumer bears the risk.
Article 8 – Pricing
The prices of our products are indicated in EURO, including all taxes but excluding shipping costs. Delivery charges are borne by the customer (unless otherwise specified on the website). Delivery fees are displayed based on the customer’s provided delivery information.
WomIntim reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, WomIntim agrees to apply the prices in effect at the time of your order, except in cases of technical errors beyond our control.
Article 9 – Payment
Our payment methods are centralized and protected by our payment partner Stitching Mollie Payments, ensuring the security of your data at all times and safe transactions.
Payment in full is required at the time of order placement. All orders are payable in EURO. Available payment methods include:
- Bancontact (QR Code): Pay in one step via your banking app by scanning the QR code on the platform.
- Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): Secure online payment.
- Bank Transfer: Products will be reserved for 5 business days pending payment.
- Meal Vouchers or Eco-Vouchers (Sodexo/Monizze): Accepted for specific products.
Article 10 – Delivery
10.1 – General Provisions
Products purchased on WomIntim are only delivered to countries indicated on the website and will be shipped to the address provided on the order form.
In the event of cancellation after payment and the order has already shipped, WomIntim will only issue a refund upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition.
10.2 – Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk for your products transfer upon receipt.
Article 12 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase without penalties or reason within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the product.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact WomIntim within 14 calendar days. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and instructions.
Article 13 – Proof of Transaction
Computerized records maintained in WomIntim’s systems under reasonable security will be considered proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties.
Article 16 – Applicable Law and Force Majeure
WomIntim will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the contract is governed by Belgian law, and any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Dinant, Belgium.
